GreenAura Essentials mein hum quality ko ensure karte hain. Lekin agar kisi customer ko koi issue ho, to humari policy yeh hai:

Return/Refund Allowed If:

• Product damaged deliver ho

• Product wrong ho

• Product defective ho

Return/Refund Conditions:

• Complaint 48 hours ke andar register karni hogi.

• Product unused hona chahiye.

• Unboxing video mandatory hai, warna return/refund process nahi hoga.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened skincare or health products

• Used items
